My Digital Lock has been in business for nearly 10 years. Do we make mistakes over the years? Yes, of course, we do. We are not gods.

In our line of business, we always try to keep our mistakes to a minimum. Why? Because of every mistake we make, we will need to arrange another day for installation causing inconvenience to our customers, time is also wasted on our side and there is also a cost sunk in to rectify the mistake.

Recently, we had a customer who went to the small claims tribunal to lodge a case against us. Just to clarify, she definitely has her right to do so. On our side, I believe we have tried to rectify our mistake by providing her with solutions. No matter which company you decide to purchase from, nobody will dare to put a clause on their invoice like, we will do a full refund if we cannot install your gate, door, or cupboard, or things that need to be custom-made on that day. We also hope that the item/s that you bought can be installed on the day our customers choose but hiccups do happen.

There is a saying to err is human. If that happens, give us a chance to rectify it. We will try our utmost to make up for it.
