A complete Black Shop (黑店).I have purchased a set of digital locks, main door and main gate from this company two years ago. My nightmare started almost immediately upon installation. My Main gate measurement was done wrongly. One of the door latch was not measure correctly. I have to say that I should insist they stop installation .After only a year, things started to break apart. My previous door/gate actually works fine for over 20 years without any problem except for it’s appearance. My main wooden auto-closer was spoil within 1 year and I called them up, they mentioned this is out of warranty. It was clearly mentioned that parts and warranty are cover and I have pay extra to cover these sorts of wear and tear. The sales lady has confirmed this and wrote down in my invoice.Another year has passed, my main gate latch completely gave away and I can no longer lock my main gate. When I call the warranty, sales and main office. All personal claimed I must pay extra SGD80 to engage them. This is not truth and I have already mentioned full 5 years warranty (Parts and Labour) was mentioned in my invoice. When I wanted to speak to their manager or ask to call back. Nobody wanted to give me their name and follow up with their management. Even so, when I tried to call them on same telephone number again, none want to pick up my phone.This give me no choice, but to bring this up CASE. If you are reading and works for MyDigital Locks, I just hope that you know who you are and dare to acknowledge your treatment to customers. Don’t be a chicken and refuse to acknowledge your name to customer.

He was very friendly and kind. He explained all the steps to us, though it was a bit much to absorb at once. Despite that, he reassured us that he would still be available to help if any issues arise, even after the installation was completed.Overall, I’m very satisfied with the service and installation as a whole.
