Every businessman trust and train their business instinct right from the beginning and trust nobody.

They always stay people whom give them negative feedbacks and do what they believe and that’s why they are more successful than the rest.

First, you need to forecast or predict your choice and opportunity. You must remember, once you miss the opportunity, no matter how much you spend, you will never cover your lost. Therefore, I encourage you to  try everything even though there is 1% of success rate. If you don’t try, its 0%.

After you predict, you need to decide or plan ahead. Then you distribute your team the task and work towards the target.

Lastly, push the process forward asap and think of backup plans to support the general plan. If you don’t push yourself to advance, soon you will be thrown away and neglected.
