Even I am not yet to be the top salesman.

I believe the top salesman does not measure by how many deal he close or sales volume he make over the months.

It is because different trade got different degree of difficulty and sometimes high sales volume might because of luck and festive season.

The top salesman is measured by the amount of customer return for next purchase or recommend their friends to purchase. The salesman not only close the contract but to win the heart of the consumer by his action.

Therefore, if the customer didn’t purchase from you but remember the product because of you. You have already accomplish the mission, because you have already emotionally capture her will.

Most of my sales, i close the customers with satisfaction and make sure they return. They return not to find the product but Ronn….
