Once you decided to become a businessman, you should remove emotion and TRUST.

By making decision based on emotion and trust, most of the time you will fail because it will affect our instinct.

Emotion and trust, should be put a side and relationship or friendship should not be involved in your business.

Never include them or believe they will be part of your organisation as they will hinder more than contribution or even risk or losing them.

Try to learn how to be cold blooded in business, besides money and development, others are just a myth or distractions. When I do business, I am very strict.
